FAQs

Yes. All Standard Chartered employees need to first register in order to shop on SCMM Store.
As soon as you register, an OTP will be e-mailed to the Standard Chartered email id that you have provided while registering.
You need to use this OTP to log on and shop. The system will prompt you to change your password on your first login.
To shop on SCMM Store, you log onto scmmonline.com
Register as a user and log in using your SCMM Store User Name and Password.
You can browse through the various categories of products.
When you see a product you wish to buy, just click the 'Add to cart' button. This will place the product in the Shopping Cart.
You can shop for more than one product by continuing to browse through the categories and subsequently adding them to the Shopping Cart. You will be able to see the summary of your order by mouse hovering on the ‘Bag’.
Once you have completed your shopping you can click on the Checkout option and see your total. Ensure that you have filled in all the required details correctly to ensure prompt delivery of your products.

On completion of the process you will receive a mail in your inbox and an SMS on your registered mobile number, giving you details of your purchase. This ensures that your online shopping process was completed successfully.

You can also track your order by clicking on the Order Detail section under My Account..
Simply click on the product that you like on the homepage.
Alternatively you may click on the ‘Product’’ link on the header.
You may add multiple products to the cart and the same will get updated in the minicart on the right hand side of the home page. Alternately, you can also check the items in your cart by clicking on the ‘My Cart’ link on the homepage.
This will take you to the product page where you can enter the quantity for the products that you wish to buy. You can add all these items to the Cart by clicking on ‘Add to Cart’.
Use the “Bag” link to modify the quantity of various items ordered. After re-entering the quantity, click on ‘Update Cart’.
There is no minimum quantity for individual buyers. However you can order a maximum of 5 quantities for each product in one transaction.
To delete/ modify any items ordered click on the “Bag” link. Click on the “Remove” button to remove item from the cart.
For your purchases, you can use a Credit Card or a Debit Card. All national as well as international Credit Cards are accepted.
As mentioned earlier, bulk orders made on behalf of the bank will be processed through the eProcurement.

Shopping at the SCMM Store is safe. This site employs a secure payment gateway using 128-bit SSL encryption. An SSL Certificate enables encryption of sensitive information during online transactions thus keeping your information safe.
On successful placement of an order you will receive an email confirmation from us. However to ensure, you can click on Your Login name > Order on the homepage. This will give you the details of the last order you have placed. If you find your latest order missing, then that order placement was unsuccessful.

Your credit card payment is applicable only for individual orders. Your credit card will be charged once you confirm your order at the checkout section.
If the quantity ordered is in stock, then the goods will be shipped within 7 working days from date of order placement.
If the quantity ordered is not in stock, it normally takes between 8-15 days to produce and dispatch depending on the quantity ordered.

For any delivery within India, orders will be shipped using Blue Dart.
All staff needs to use the office address only as the shipping address. Orders for any address other than Standard Chartered Bank will be cancelled and the amount paid will non-refundable.
All products arrive in their standard packaging.
To know the status of an order, click on Your Login name > Orders, on the homepage. The current pending orders as well as details of previous orders will be available here.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled and will be charged as purchase.
All the merchandise ordered from SCMM Store will have the Standard Chartered logo on it as prescribed on the images shown on the online site.
This site has been launched specifically for Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon Merchandise that can be purchased only by Standard Chartered staff. All the merchandise shown on the online site has been exclusively produced for Standard Chartered staff as SCMM 2017 merchandise.
You will not be able to order the same products with another Standard Chartered Group Company logo. Items will be available as per design approved by the Corporate Affairs, India and SCMM Project Team.
No. Standard Chartered Bank does not manufacture any of the products. A limited permission has been given to BLAQ to affix the Standard Chartered mark for the purpose of presenting these products as corporate gifts.

The sale price as displayed on the screen includes the unit price, VAT and the courier charges
We have focused on giving lesser products with superior quality and at reasonable cost. A lot of time has been spent on the development and design of each product.
Merchandise, once bought, cannot be exchanged. A product can only be replaced or returned only when it is damaged.
